Treat yourself or someone special with selection from our award-winning winemaker and explore the exciting world of fortified wine styles. Ranging from the multiple-award winning super-dry Pale Dry Apera to the luscious and decadent Classic Muscat, and everything between, your subscription will have a different combination of wines in every pack, with a minimum value guarantee of $190. 

Each pack will contain a selection of:

Fresh and youthful wines from the Latin Collection (750mL)

Complex barrel aged styles from the Classic range (500mL)

and either the Limited Release Vintage (750mL) for cellaring or the Pale Dry Apera (500mL) to drink neat or mix into a cocktail.

Cellaring & serving:
Vintage fortified wine can be cellared for many years. It may need decanting on opening, and should be consumed within 3 days for maximum freshness.
Pale Dry Apera and the Latin Collection fortified wines are best consumed young and fresh. Apera is delicious chilled before serving. We recommend that you put a date on the label when you open the bottle, and consume the wine within a month.
Barrel aged styles such as Tawny, Topque and Muscat should be opened within a year of purchase for best freshness. We recommend that the wine is consumed within about 6 weeks.
Shelf life can be extended by adding argon gas into the bottle before resealing.

Recycling:
The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint.
Your order may be shipped to you in re-used, sound cartons as we attempt to reduce our use of cardboard.

A subscription is an hassle-free way to have a case (or more) of your favourite wine delivered to your door. Simply select the frequency you would like wine delivered to you, and the number of cases. Note that a case is six bottles so if you want a dozen, select 2 cases. We will charge your credit card on the despatch date and your wine will be winging its way to you! If we roll the vintage of your wine, we will send the new vintage to you automatically.
