Cellaring & serving:
We recommend these wines are consumed within a year of purchase for the freshest flavours.
Serve Sparkling Durif chilled. Any wine left at the end of your celebration can be used to make a delicious serve of Sparkling jelly - make a sugar syrup of 60% table sugar to 40% water, dissolving gently over heat. Add an equal portion to the wine you are using, then dissolve added gelatin according to the final volume. Pour into a serving dish and set in the fridge. Strawberries, blackberries or red grapes can be added to the jelly for a luxuriant touch.
Serve Classic Muscat at room temperature. If there's any left over at the end of the meal (well, there *might* be), put the date on the label and consumer some time within the next month for best freshness.
Recycling:
The bottle, screw cap and cardboard carton can all be recycled through the service your Council provides. Since 2022 we have been using lighter bottles to reduce our carbon footprint.
Your order may be shipped to you in re-used, sound cartons as we attempt to reduce our use of cardboard.
